No Return, Refund or Exchange

All purchases are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless you receive:

• A damaged item
• A wrong item that is different from what you ordered

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, colour preference, size preference, or any other personal reason.

Unboxing Video is Mandatory

For any return, refund or exchange claim, a continuous, clear and unedited unboxing video is mandatory.

The video must:

• Start before opening the package
• Clearly show the shipping label/order details
• Show the package being opened continuously without cuts or edits
• Clearly show the product and the damage/wrong item received

Claims without a valid continuous unboxing video may not be accepted.

How to Raise a Claim

If you receive a damaged or wrong item:

1. Record a continuous unboxing video while opening the package.
2. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
3. Send us your order number, unboxing video and clear photos/videos of the issue.
4. Our team will review the claim and confirm whether it is eligible for a return, refund or exchange.

Refund

If your claim is approved, the refund will be processed according to the payment method and applicable processing timelines.

Refunds will only be issued after the claim has been reviewed and approved by BlueBell Designs.

Exchange

For an approved wrong-item or damaged-item claim, we may offer a replacement/exchange, subject to product availability.

If the same product is unavailable, a refund or another suitable resolution may be offered.

Important

• Please do not discard the original packaging until you have checked your order.
• Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging when a return is approved.
• Items that have been used, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or otherwise modified may not be eligible for a claim.
• The final decision regarding eligibility will be made after reviewing the submitted evidence.
